Well yesterday, I bought 3 plates of food there for me ,and my kids ,while I was eating mine I found a big rock 🪨 in the food, and I was already putting it in my mouth ,I thought it was just a bone when I put it in my mouth it was actually a rock , this morning around 5 am my stomach was feeling weird ,and making noise, I started throwing up, and have diarrhea. This started around 5 am ,now it's Noone, I'm still throwing up, and every second I have to go poop 💩, I got food poisoning, thanks God that rock 🪨 wasn't in my kids plates, it was in my plates cause my kids are little. Moun yo pa clean kitchen nan ak kote yap fè manje yo, menm Roch nan manje a ,manje a fèm ap kaka anro, epi kaka anba ,menm travail mwen paka ale travail epi yo charged card mwen almost $4 extra . How about my daughter’s Haitian boyfriend ordered 2 medium pans of rice and beans. Me and my African American daughter go to pick it up. Unfortunately we were charged a higher price than was told to my daughter’s Haitian boyfriend. On top of that when I went to pay I wanted to use my card. The lady behind the counter looked at me strangely as if they don’t accept plastic. To my dismay she said, “Card?” as if she was surprised I wanted to pay with a card. My daughter interjected and said, “That other lady just used a card”. By this time my daughter and I are thinking - the other Haitian lady just used a card…….So the lady behind the counter makes a motion towards the card pay thing (I can’t remember what it’s called right now). At the same the other lady behind the counter said I could pay by Zelle. At that point I was like ok - bec I just wanted to get out of there. The pans were hot and we needed to place the pans in my trunk so finally one of the ladies gave us some napkins to help Pick up the pans……..anyways as we were driving off I said they didn’t even give us pickliz. My daughter called her Haitian boyfriend about that. He called the restaurant and the lady said we didn’t ask for any. I’m sure if we were of a different persuasion they would’ve gladly given us pickliz and dang gravy! Thanks Cherry but with obviously poor racist service like this you’ll never see me or my green money again!
My experience was a phone order. These employees were not professional at all and has no business skills. When asked who I was speaking to both ladies were very relentless in providing their names. (One asked me saw bezwen)
Ok. The food is delicious 100% hands down. The customer service… wait there is none! It doesn’t matter if you order your food an hour in advance you’ll still have to wait at LEAST 30 mins while they overlook you or brush you off. They are nice people don’t get me wrong but they’ll have you waiting. They only accept cash. Fried fish is $40 ( but so worth it though ugh) the same people that complain about the customer service always come back ( me)
I love the "Bouillon"...yummy 😋😋😋... and the griot is excellent 😊😊...
Slowest services. I waited one hour and thirty-five minutes for Griot,Acra, plantains, still got the wrong food. My first time/last time
The food is very tasty. The price and portion is pretty good.
Would not recommend, this place of business. To anyone. Kitchen is very dirty.. It smells really bad, when you walk into the store. The people that attend you. Look very dirty. Like if they haven't showered in days. There is no parking. No disability access. A good place, to take your children. Food is a very low quality. Wish I could write something, positive about this company. But I just can't. Be careful outside of the store. There are shady people, that hang out there. And please do not leave your car unlocked. Or with valuables visible. I grew up, in the city of North Miami. And it's a shame, for the city, and myself to see such, businesses, existing, in this place that we call home. Hope I was helpful.
